Job Position: Manager

Job Status: Full Time

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Responsible for managing and functioning all consumable & new fixed assets items.
• Following are Purchase list of consumable item, Fixed Assets and others relevant equipment :
  All kinds of bags and consumable for outlet , All kinds of Fish chillier , Meat Chillier & other chillier for outlet , all kinds of cold room , Bone saw Machine and Fish cutting machine & their blades , Electrical and electronics items for Head office and outlets , maintenance Equipment for Head Office and Outlets , all kinds of equipment’s & materials for new project , all kinds of delivery van and Private Car for official use , Printing toner and Cartridge for printer and photocopy machine.
• Maintenance of all the equipment (service & repair) within the warranty period.
• Responsible for both local & global sourcing and cost benefit analysis of required goods.
• Responsible for all consumable items for timely delivery with improved quality by coordinating with QA team.
• Communicate with suppliers (Local & Global)
• Price offer collection & comparative analysis and negotiate for competitive price, quality goods, delivery time & services for cost effective retail business support.
• Explore the market for the best & alternative suppliers ‘ development for competitive advantage.
• Always communicate with the whole sale market.
• Prepare Bill, settlement that and ensuring the payment within deadline and communicate with the finance team.
• Update information in System (New Vendor, price)
• Develop and document standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, products or materials.
• Purchase Order (PO) raise and make the Good Receive Note (GRN) in SAP for Head office.

Academic Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor`s degree in any discipline from a reputed institution.
• BBA/ MBA/ Masters from any Discipline will be preferred.

Job Experience Required:

• Minimum 3- 4 year(s) in Local Purchase & Procurement, Non Inventory Purchase, Vendor/Supplier Management, Negotiation & technical knowledge.
