Educational Requirements:
Minimum MBA / MSc in HRM from any reputed university.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Goal oriented
• Strong organizational and task management skills

Experience and requirements:
5 years of relevant HRM experience ideally in IT/Software/Digital Services/Online/Media agency/Technology sectors.
Has done end to end recruitment planning and execution for technology and business roles. Has experience drafting HR policy and employee contracts. Loves technology and embraces the culture of a tech/digital company

Responsibilities:
Recruitment: prepare JD, recruitment planning and execution from job listing to contract negotiation.

HR policy:

Maintain, update and enforce HR policies

Employee performance:

• KPI, training and development
• Attendance and payroll
• Talent networking
• Office management
• Culture and organizational development activities

Job Location:

Banani, Road 12, Dhaka

Salary:

BDT 50,000 per month
