Recruitments HRO job circular 2022:
- Assist on arranging APTIS and interview scheduling and contact the candidates.
- Assist candidates on providing ID documents to initiate ID check before PAS initiation and ensure medical examinations have been completed before now recruits start work.
- Maintain record of recruitment activities, e.g. date of Job Req created, approved advert posted number of candidates applied, shortlisted, PAS initiated, offer sent & accepted, PAS cleared, contract sent, final start date, etc.
- Follow-up with candidate and SC for PAS related queries and completion status.
- Initiate new recruit data inclusion on C followed up by initiating ONB for new recruits and follow up with the new recruits and LMs to complete their tasks.
- Ensure new starters are receiving induction along with scheduling and follow up on post induction.
- Act as the point of contact for external and internal applicants.
Operational HR job circular 2022:
- Be compliant by ensuring all necessary HR policies, records, documents and recruitment records are filled properly in both printed and soft copies
- Act as the key point of handling staff queries through MyHR C4C
- Raise PR for any HR related activities
- Process medical and ID card for staff and new joiners
- Complete scanning of our existing staff files as part of E-files project under phase I and upload the files in categorised folders in E-files workspace under phase II
- Assist on managing AskHR C4C Tickets
- Update and maintain individual HR personal files
- Manage our offline BGD1 & BGD5 staff information database (staff + FCR) with updated people information and reconcile with MyHR reports (Headcount and leavers report)
- Prepare letters related to promotion, transfers and updating our database accordingly
- Managing probation for new staff, giving reminders to line managers, preparing confirmation letters (VoCs to be issued through Docu Sign from BGD5) [Promotion letters]
- Ensure all the related HR documents and recruitment records are filled properly in both printed and soft copies
- Manage the end-to-end staff off boarding process to ensure all corporate procedures are followed during staff exit
- Work with line managers to ensure staff resignation/exit process is managed properly and maintain exit data for the HR team
- Prepare monthly birthday list, new joiner/ leavers list for all staff meeting
Business Partnering :
- Provides accurate, consistent and timely management data / information
- Supports employees and managers to apply British Council policies and procedures consistently, fairly and to ensure no unjustified discrimination
- To demonstrate understanding of the immediate business and how it works as well as the wider British Council
- Uses language the business understands
- Can articulate the value of HR to the business in an engaging way.
Compensation & Benefit:
Salary: Monthly gross salary for this position is 8DT 46,809
Educational Requirement for job circular 2022:
Minimum Graduation/Post Graduation Degree in HR/Business Management or related field.
Job Experience Requirement:
- Required 01 – 02 years of work experience
- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles of human resources
- Computer literacy and ability to use related software for HR management
- Ability to create accountability and lead by example
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
