Details Job Circular Head of Sales in Eco Threads and Yarns

Duties and responsibilities:

• Owns all plans and strategies for business development and achieving company sales goals.
• Assists in the development of sales plans. Provides forecasting and KPI reporting for sales executives and top management for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
• Create and maintain a database to obtain, update, monitor and evaluate Market trends, application of products and technologies, demand for services, intelligence on competitors, etc. to ensure a profitable growth.
• Confirm marketing communication activities and events, conduct marketing events and promotional campaigns, including participation in specific promotional events.
• Promote products and help close the biggest deals personally.
• Work collaboratively across different teams, including finance and accounts, supply chain and marketing.
• Establish in-house lead requirements to meet your sales goals.
• Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
• Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.

Experience requirements:

Minimum 12 years experience in sales activities with a reputed organization which includes textile, garment trims and accessories and sewing thread. The age of the candidate should be between 35 to 45 years.

Educational Requirements:

Masters in Marketing / MBA from a reputed institute / university.
