Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Requirements:
- Basic Computer literacy
- Basic knowledge about Microsoft office
- Must have patience while handling customers
- Must be loyal to works
Language Requirements:
- English is mandatory
- Those who knows swedish, Iranian, Arabic language will get preference and higher salary.
Job Responsibility:
- One have to work overall 10 hours in shifting duty. She can choose time flexibly between each other
- Handle client smartly and patiently
- Both have to stay in office ( we will provide accomofation) and work for 10 hours in whole day in shifts, becauae we want to provide 24/7 service to our clients
You do not have to handle customers face to face. You will only provide service via online. Its s similar to home office.
