Job Position: Executive – Coordination (Supply Chain Management)

Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving indent from construction department.
• Sending purchase order & work order to Audit department.
• Project wize bill recording in record book.
• Collecting and sending bill to CEQST & CQCT.
• Sending bill to Account department.
• Report delivery as per management instruction.
• Receiving MRR from CQCT.
• Assigning purchase requisition to team members.
• Preparing reports.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from any reputed university with good academic record.

Experience Requirements : 1 year.

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Job Expertise:

• MS Word,
• Excel,
• PowerPoint,
• Documentation

Additional Requirements:

• Only males can apply.
• Multitasking and coordination in busy environment.
• Contacting vendors for assigned tasks.
• Maintaining liaison among suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments.
• Coordinating supply chain process.

Salary : Negotiable
