Job Position: Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain full set of accounts of several companies in the group
• Record all the expenses in separate google sheets (Till the software gets ready) for every project that is on board now.
• Filling all the invoices for different companies, in the drive’s folder accordingly by matching them with the sheets.
• Record all the payment transactions by providing exact details.
• Maintain monthly and quarterly stock records
• Submit the tax , VAT retrun to NBR and also pay to the bank
• Need to do data entry for different clients in Singapore.
• Need to create the company’s Financial Statement, ECI, and Final tax submission for Singapore clients.
• Assist our senior CA and work synchronisingly for Accountant Job Circular 2022.

Job Requirements:

• Must have sound knowledge of accounting software.
• CACC is required.
• Must know how to keep a stock record.
• Sound knowledge about vat, tax, and tax returns.

Job Experience: 2-2.5years in the accounting field.

Education: MBA with a major in finance/ accounting. CA will be highly prioritized.
